Looking into Chinese myths and legends, Confucius Institute Ambassadors regaled students with China’s rich storytelling heritage through fun and interactive activities. At the end of the session, students were divided into groups and tasked with creating their own mythical tales. The best story as judged by a panel of Confucius Institute teachers was awarded with prizes presented by Hu Peng.

Each student attending this special edition of Chinese Corner also went home with a Chinese book in hand. Several books on Chinese culture were also donated by Shandong Publishing & Media to the Confucius Institute’s library collection, giving students the opportunity to enrich their language learning and understanding of Chinese culture.
